소아의 치과치료시 영상매체(Video System)를 통한 행동조절의 임상 증례

Abstract

결론
소아의 치과치료시에 영상매체를 이용하여 행동조절을 시행하고, 그 효과를 평가하기 위
하여 Pulse rate Movement rate, Facial expression rate, Eye attention rate를 측정한 결과
다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
1. 실험군과 대조군 사이 에 Pulse rate에 대한 변화는 관찰되지 않았다.
2. Negative rate군에서 Movement가 감소되었다.
3. Facial expression은 Crying rate보다 No facial expression rate가 증가되었다.
4. Eye attention rate는 현저하게 증가되었다.
5. 영상매체를 통한 행동조절 결과 Negative group이 positive group보다 효과적이었으며,
치료과정별로는 국소마취시보다 와동형성시 더 효과적으로 나타났다.#초록#
The study was performed to evaluate the responses and to access dental fear and
anxiety using videosystem undergoing treatment.
The reponses includes was pulse rate, movement rate, facial expression rate and eye
attention rate. The subjects for this study were 20 childrens(contorled group : 10,
Uncontroled group : 10) visiting Dept. of Pedodontics in Cho Sun University Hospital
who were Negative or Positive rating scale in Frankle rate.
The results were as follows :
1) There was not corelationships between controled and uncontroled group in positive
groups.
2) Movement rate was decreased in negative groups.
3) No expression rate was increased rather than crying rate in facial expression.
4) Eye attention rate was significantly increased.
5) Behavior management through videosystem shows that negative group was more
effect than positive and it was more effect during cavity preparation than injection local
anesthesia each treatment step.
